At HUM4N RACE, every product undergoes rigorous quality control and performance testing prior to dispatch. Our systems are engineered to clinical standards — and your order is handled with exceptional care.
Returns
Due to the hygienic and therapeutic nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless there is a verified product defect.
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind), the following conditions apply:

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer

A restocking fee of 15–20% will be deducted from your refund, depending on the condition of the returned item

Items must be unused, unmarked, and returned in original packaging with all components intact

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt
We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the highly unlikely event that a product arrives faulty or damaged, we will gladly offer an exchange. To be eligible:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos or video evidence

Once confirmed, we will arrange for a like-for-like replacement at no cost to you
All faults are assessed on a case-by-case basis. HUM4N RACE reserves the right to request return of the defective unit before issuing a replacement.

Refund Process
Once your return (if eligible) is received and inspected, we will process your refund minus applicable fees within 7–14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
